Hi Beautiful you,

August is all about flying to South America, drinking a lot of watermelon juice and starting my gym project again. It seems like I have a  flying subscription to my homeland Surinam, not that I mind, because flying to Surinam feels like going home to the mother ship. Tropical temperatures request light weight, easy street-style and beach clothing. But what if I just combine some urban street-style with a little beach flow?

I couldn’t resist trying to mix and match these two styles, and you know what? It actually turned out to be one of my favorite and coolest tropical  outfits. This waterfall kimono mixt with some faux leather shorts just turned out to be the perfect day time city  look.  What I love the most about this outfit is the X factor that the brings to the picture.  The back of the kimono is longer, what makes the look very playful.  I’m also head over heels with my faux leather short, I’m telling you…they  look so good with everything!! Can you imagine wearing these during tropical temperatures?  I did it, and they were so comfortable. To dress the outfit down, I decided to wear these cute Ipanema flip-flops. Wearing heels would have given a whole other dimension to this look.

Are you loving this  Waterfall Kimono  from Yours Clothing uk as much as I do, just click here to find out more!  And I would love to know if you like this outfit, so please leave a comment if you do or don’t like it 🙂
