Hi sweets,

It’s good to be back on the blog again. I enjoyed my holiday in Surinam very much. It’s been a while since I had a real break from everything. I’m planning to take this kind of breaks more often, because I feel reborn. Life is too short, so yolo!

And with that said, I’m sharing my holiday look with you today. Don’t know about you, but during my vacays I’m always more risky when it comes to my outfits. Take this little babydoll dress as an example. I would problably never wear this dress like this in Holland.  I would definitely rock it like this , but not like I’m wearing it here.

This is certainly my vacay alter ego swag, (lol)

I actually wore this dress during a night out. You can get away with anything as long as you ‘own’ it and hold your head high. I love versatile clothes, even one-season pieces have my attention when it comes to high street fashion brands.  It’s all about having fun and maybe having a little guts too. Always pick out items that speak to you, and incorporate them into your ensembles, don’t stick to how you should wear them, but think about how you could wear them to add personality. There’s only one you, so make sure you feel good about yourself, no matter what others may think of you.

If you ever find yourself talking about me, make sure you finish off with “She doing her thing though”!
