A very warm hello from sunny Surinam,

It’s official, yellow is blazing this season. I must admit, I never thought about wearing a yellow dress like this until Beyonce dropt her “Hold up” music video. Her ruffled yellow Roberto Cavalli gown is an ah-ma-zing piece of art and absolutely to die for. She looks stunning in this video.

Time to find myself a yellow swoon dress too. Queen B made me do it! (lol)

This maxi dress from Violeta Mango is elegant and perfect for a daily or evening occasion. It’s on trend and I bet, when wearing this color you will make some heads turn. Because this color is so present, I’m keeping it clean with the jewelry. These photo’s wear made in Paramaribo, the capital city of Surinam. With a temperature of 31 degree/87.8 fahrenheit, this dress was an easy, breezy slip-on.

Even though I don’t like “baggy” dresses, I like how fashionable this dress looks on me, what do you think? Yay or Nah? For now this will be my last stop in beautiful Surinam. I’m looking forward to visit Peru, New York, India and Montreal next month.
