Hi guys,

Today I really wanna get something of my chest. Sounds serious right? It is! I’m getting sick and tired of women, especially curvy/plus size woman bashing and pulling each other down. The thing is, they hate it when other people push them into a corner but at the same time, these same women are creating boxes themselves.

Now let me explain my frustration here. I’m a size 44/46 (eu), yes mommy I am! And very satisfied about the way I look. Oh, and don’t get me wrong, I have my flaws, but I am in a good place when it comes to my body, Over the years I came to accept my body the way it is no matter my weight, and embrace it, ’cause I have only one to live in. The curvy chapter is for all women, no matter what size they have, because it’s not about the size you’re wearing, but about how you wear your size.

So when some women find it necessary to tell me that I’m not curvy enough or plus size enough, I just have to break it down for some: When are you curvy enough or plus size enough? If we ever want to see a change in the fashion industry, women should stop putting each other in boxes first. No need to pull someone down to feel better about yourself. Stop that shit!

In the meantime I’m keeping my curvy ass in shape. Wearing Primark once again. Getting my condition back is on my priority list now. I haven’t been very energetic lately, since the doctors diagnosed me with pulmonary embolism. I’m working hard to recover, so I can start doing all the things that I love so much again.

I trying to get into that healthy life style. I go to bed early, I eat healthy, drink a lot of water and I exercise. Not to get slimmer, (although I could loose some weight) but to get back into shape.

When I achieve my goals I always treat myself with a little present. Most of the time it’s active wear or something I could use during this ‘get into shape period’ proces. Primark active wear is very affordable and a real treat to finish what I started. Find more active wear here.

Ik wil vandaag heel graag mijn hart even luchten.

The curvy chapter is voor elke vrouw, ongeacht haar maat.

Stop that shit!

Enjoy!

If you are wondering what kind of sports I practice, stay tuned because I will tell you more about that the next time. Do you exercise, and what do you think of the sportswear I’m wearing here?
