Sannu! (hello) from West Africa,
I finally started my flight schedule again, hooray! First destination of 2016? Nigeria, Lagos. I’m beyond excitement to start all my travel adventures again and naturally I will share them with you. I was so lucky to find one of my colleagues to shoot this phenomenal maxi dress with me. With 31 degrees outside and a swimming pool within reach, I could imagine that she’d rather enjoy the sun than taking pictures of yours truly. I’m thankfull and very happy to have such nice and sweet colleagues.
Only 24 hours in Nigeria and this is what I wore.
Enjoy!
I felt like a princess, all dressed up. I made an attempt to curl my hair but the warm weather had other plans, my curls just dropped when they felt the hotness. Luckily I had my dress to keep the glam going. This color is something else, it’s an inbetween burgundy brownish color. I have to admit that this is more a fall/winter kinda color that you will definitely see more in the future, but I think you can rock this color every season. The fabric is light and agile but feels so rich. A nice touch is the opening at the breast part. I wasn’t wearing the right bra beneath this dress, but I certainly will use some Kim Kardashion tape next time, to rock the boobs opening properly. (lol)
A little side note, this dress is from the Junarose A/W 2016 collection, so it’s not on the website yet. Of course I will keep you updated when it hits the online stores. For now, I placed a link to similar maxi dresses. Go be fabulous, ladies!
